The homepage sells the feeling. This page answers how it actually knows, what it will never do, and how it gets built for your floor.
Every floor has a process it already runs — lanes, covers, slips, ROs, the lift. The build starts by writing that process down with you: the stages a job moves through, what has to be true before it can leave one, and who's allowed to say so.
Those become the rules. A job can't skip a stage unless someone with the authority overrides it by name, and the override is recorded. Nothing is "AI-decided" here; the rules are yours.
Every stage has a pace — how long it usually takes on your floor. The system keeps time on every job in every stage and notices when one drifts past pace. The arithmetic is plain code: ages, counts, promises, inventory levels. It runs the same way every time.
When something crosses a line, that's a flag. Flags are facts with a cause attached: which job, which stage, how long, what it's waiting on.
The coworker's voice is a layer on top of the math, not a replacement for it. It takes the flags and the morning numbers and says them plainly to the one person they belong to. It won't invent a number — if the data doesn't say it, neither does the message.
Morning, Pat. Two things need you. Everything else is on pace.
Messages are rebuilt when the numbers change, so a quiet day really is quiet. It never schedules, never advises, never trains anyone. It tells you true things about what it has.
Vendors, customers, and part-time help don't get accounts to forget. They get a link that opens exactly the job it's about and nothing else. Staff sign in with their email; roles decide what each person can see and change. Every change is written down with who made it and when.
It plugs into what the floor already uses where that's possible — inventory, point of sale, management systems — and reads from them rather than asking anyone to type twice. Your data stays yours: it's used to run your floor and nothing else, it isn't sold, and it leaves with you if you leave.
Files that have no business sticking around (uploaded documents, old links) are cleaned up on a schedule you can see.
The custom-build division starts with a walk of your floor — the whiteboard, the spreadsheet, the group text — and ends with a coworker that speaks your trade. We host it, keep it up, and keep it current, so there's nothing for you to install or babysit.
Dealership, wine bar, marine, inspections — and if yours is something else, that's where the division earns its name.
Bring the hardest part of your floor. That's the part we start with.
