Cellar is provisioned per venue. Email support@sevric.com with your bar's name and we'll set up your cellar and invite your team. The app can't create its own account — it needs a cellar to belong to.
There isn't one, by design — nobody should be typing a password behind a bar. Enter your email and Cellar sends a six-digit code. Enter the code and you're in. On a device with Face ID or Touch ID you can register a passkey afterwards, and subsequent sign-ins are a glance.
Check spam for mail from SEVRIC, and confirm the address matches the one you were invited under — codes only go to invited addresses. Codes expire after ten minutes; request a fresh one rather than reusing an old email. Still nothing, email support and we'll look at the delivery log.
Because the open bottle is real inventory. A back bar with eight opened bottles is roughly four bottles of stock nobody counted. Estimating to the nearest tenth takes a second per bottle and is the single biggest improvement to the accuracy of your valuation.
Open More → Settings → Notifications and check they're turned
on there, then check iOS Settings → Cellar → Notifications. Each category —
morning brief, low stock, tonight's bookings, deliveries — switches
independently, and switching one off stops it being sent rather than just
hidden.
They're the same data, live. A count entered on the floor is on the office laptop before you've put the phone down. Cellar keeps working with a weak signal and reconciles when it reconnects.
A manager can remove a team member from the web app under Settings → Team. Access ends immediately, and their sessions are ended on every device.
Your inventory, sales and team are yours. We don't sell data and there's no advertising. Details are in the privacy policy. Ask and we'll export everything you have, or delete it.
Email us with your bar's name and what you were doing when it went wrong. We answer within one business day, usually much sooner.
